Our program includes a half-day intensive
workshop led by professional coaches
followed by 3 months of one-on-one coaching
designed to help outplaced employees
successfully transition. Participants in
our program learn the nuts and bolts of job
hunting in this competitive environment,
including skills such as resume writing and
interview tactics. More importantly, they
go through a personal assessment to identify
strengths and gain self-confidence.
Participants also take a good look at their
career paths – is this where they want to
go? Are their skill sets a good match for
this profession? What are their long-term
goals? Are there alternatives to full-time
employment?
