WHEN IS EXECUTIVE COACHING APPROPRIATE?
During times of change such as new promotions, stretch
assignments or challenging projects, already confident
leaders may feel that an independent “thought partner” would
be beneficial to help achieve a new level of performance,
sharpen yet untested skills, or plan for an important
transition.
HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Coaching is conducted in person or by teleconference. It is
typically carried out over 6 to 9 months and may focus on
one or more
areas for
development. We may
employ style preferences instruments, 360 degree leadership
surveys, and interviews with key stakeholders to help the
client gain perspective, establish goals and measure
improvement.
