President's Bio

Beverly L. Weise, m.b.a., President of Leadership Talent Solutions, has more than 25 years experience as an Executive Coach, Organization Development Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Speaker, Human Resources Executive and Executive Director of an international legal association.  She is an Adjunct professor in Antioch University's Masters in Organizational Management Program.
 

She has worked for or consulted to organizations in aerospace, law, insurance, associations, manufacturing, not-for-profit and education.  Her areas of expertise includes: executive coaching, leadership development, team development, succession planning, change management and performance improvement.

Education
A graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management, Ms. Weise holds an M.B.A. with a specialization in Organization Behavior and Human Resources.  She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History from UCLA, completed postgraduate studies in Executive Coaching, and is a graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management’s Executive Program, focusing on Strategy and Marketing.
 

 

Experience Highlights

  • As Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Corporate Director of Executive Planning and Development, created and administered the companywide succession planning and talent pool processes to identify, develop and track key talent, high potential and diversity candidates. 

  • Coached senior executives, professionals and high potentials to strengthen their leadership competencies, leverage their success factors, change specific behaviors, enhance interpersonal and group skills, meet current challenges, address identified areas for development and plan for transitions.

  • Administered and utilized various leadership and personal style assessment instruments including: Northrop Grumman Leadership Competency Model, Likert 360 Instrument, Myers Briggs Type Inventory, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument, FIRO-B, and others. 

  • Designed and conducted comprehensive leadership and management development programs, customized for individual clients in a variety of industries.  Topics included: Interpersonal Communication, Conflict Management, Team Development, Change Management, Presentation Skills, Problem-Solving and Decision Making, and Talent Management.

  • Coached the CEO on leading his first Senior Corporate Total Quality Management (TQM) team; acted as facilitator for this year-long process.

  • Designed and administered Northrop Grumman’s C.E.O.’s annual Strategic Leadership Conference for four years.

  • Designed and facilitated strategic planning offsites and team building retreats for numerous clients and industries.

  • As Executive Director of Interlaw, Ltd., an international legal network composed of 66 member firms in 120 cities worldwide, transformed a traditional association into one of the top five internationally recognized legal networks.

  • Coached managing partners and senior lawyers globally on creating and leading geographically and culturally diverse virtual business development teams.

  • Partnered with local host firms in over 25 countries to design and implement engaging regional and global conferences for senior business lawyers.

  • Delivered presentations to global audiences on Leadership Development and Succession (Mexico), Cultural Diversity (Brazil), and Conflict Management (Czech Republic).
