Beverly L. Weise,
m.b.a., President
of
Leadership Talent Solutions,
has more than 25 years experience as an Executive Coach,
Organization Development Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator
and Speaker, Human Resources Executive and Executive
Director of an international legal association.
She is an Adjunct professor in Antioch University's Masters
in Organizational Management Program.

worked for or consulted to organizations in aerospace, law,
insurance, associations, manufacturing, not-for-profit and
education. Her areas of expertise includes: executive
coaching, leadership development, team development,
succession planning, change management and performance
improvement.
Education
A graduate
of UCLA Anderson School of Management, Ms. Weise holds an
M.B.A. with a specialization in Organization Behavior and
Human Resources. She graduated cum laude with a B.A.
in History from UCLA, completed postgraduate studies
in Executive Coaching, and is a graduate of UCLA Anderson
School of Management’s Executive Program, focusing on
Strategy and Marketing.
